And that my friend is part of whats wrong in this country. Most people (myself included) dont take the time to stay current on what our lawmakers are doing behind closed doors...everyone is in such a damn hurry to drive somewhere, or to flip endlessly thru hundreds of channels of trash on tv, to read facebook posts, to play games on their phone......so busy doing NOTHING that they can't take the time to read very well written articles that explain why our country is dying one penstroke, backroom deal, and amendment at a time. I thought it was a very good article.....but nobodys got time for that

Read about two posts worth. I you were right the article started very well, but I don't need to read ever example of "Gun people don’t trust anti-gun people because..." I don't need to be on every point, because at the end of the day there isn't much you can do until October (election time). I agree not enough people pay enough attention to politics, but that sure as fuck isn't me.
