So in other words, you might be able to beat the wrap but not the ride.

ditto....although I might be more inclined to wear a shoulder holster. Harder for someone to take your firearm and a quicker draw than concealed under a loose shirt.

Eliminate the BS for printing or accidental showing of Concealed weapons and I am good with that.

Did it pass and get signed and what is the effective date? Last I read it got a strong last minute push back and I had not checked on it since.

            Thanks.

It's legal for you to open carry on your private property.. So you can do that working in the yard right now.

According to the email I got from the NRA it did but didn't get any particulars.

I would like the option just so that I could wear an OWB holster and go to the store with a light jacket. While it would be mostly concealed, anytime I moved about it would be somewhat visible. Lazy gun hiding at its best!

Looks like it has stalled out to me.

We were referring to HB299. Which protects a person unwilling prints or accidentally shows a concealed handgun from charges being filed.

Just don't do it in a threatening manner, or with intent to alarm.. Or some such like that.

Check out opencarry.org for more info.

You are still going to have a chat with the police about it. Id rather there be nothing for them to say about it at all.
