Anyone have any experience with Kahrs?

Specifically the CW45. I was looking at an XD-M 3.8. 45 but there hard to find and not exactly cheap anymore. I was looking for a polymer. 45 and the Kahr fits the bill with the exception of not having a light rail. On a side note, interesting fact I learned about the CW45 is that it will accept 1911 magazines. Anyway just curious.

I don't know about the CW45, but I've got the CW40. It's been a great gun so far with no FTF's. It's light, thin, and conceals very well. I'm not crazy about the sights though, but ill prob change those out eventually.

<--has CW9 and it is a great little concealed pistola. I am a fan. Don't expect fit and finish to be on par with an STI but much better than a Kel-Tec.

Heavy triggers cause they are a defensive pistol. It is not designed to be a range single hole punch. There are NO FRILLS. Slide and trigger and mag release is about it. When I am feeling fat, I wear the CW9 instead of my XD9.

I think that they shoot pretty well, but I have an issue with the mag release placement. I tended to drop the mag while at the range. Could have just been that particular .40S&W; however, that was my experience.

I carry a PM40 and love it! They are great carry guns.

I have had the CM9 for a couple years no issues. It feeds heavier hollow points and range stuff reliably. The only two failures were within the first hundred rounds.

My only complaint is the magazine cost and the lack of consistent quality. I have had a couple with incomplete castings of follower legs. They functioned fine, but ended up getting replaced.

I have the CW40 and it's an awesome gun, especially for the price. Shoots well with no issues after only a few hundred rounds...

I had a 40 that I sold recently, it was a good gun. never had an issue with it cycling or firing, but some ammo didnt eject well unfired.

From just playing with it, seemed like a nice gun an felt comfy.

LOL at the mattress work! He's switched over to the Kahr as far as I know now. And I want to say Nick at Great SW Guns is using a Kahr as well which says a lot considering he has access to pretty much any handgun he would want.
