if you mean the MOE lower build kit, then you are almost correct. The MOE kit was going for 109-119 and the standard lower build kit was 79 if not cheaper

Stage one kits at Rock River Arms $70 available with black or green handle. I ordered one in green, it doesn't say whether they are in stock or not. It was posted on AR15.com as in stock. I ordered one in green. Hopefully I don't get raped on shipping...

Rock River Arms hit my account today for the LPK and shipping, so it should be sent out pretty soon. Not bad, 8 day turn around. Now I need to get over and see Jeff and pick up my Poly lower

They were actually on-sale for $79 right when the craze hit. I purchased 3, They only sent me 2. I just got my 3rd today after 3ish months.
