Ok I see the thread for the stripped lower group buy, and the one for the uppers what else do I need to complete an AR and where can I get it at? Sorry I'm ignorant on the building of AR's.

If you are starting with a stripped lower you will need the following
Lower parts kit
Stock with buffer tube assembly
Upper receiver
upper receiver parts (if you buy a stripped upper)
Barrel assembly
Bolt Carrier Group
Hand guard
sights
This can be broken down even more. You can buy a barrel, your own gas block, gas tube, etc. Not sure if magpul stocks come with a buffer assembly or not. If they don't, you will need a buffer tube, spring, and buffer.
