Group buy on AR stripped lowers $65

EDIT - Thread closed. It appears that there is significant interest so I will tie up the loose ends and get the official group buy thread posted in the next couple of days.

I have been talking with Katherine & Angela at Spikes Tactical about trying to setup a group buy on some stripped lowers. After several emails back and forth we've come up with a price point of $65. The only bad thing is Angela was pretty steadfast on an 8 month leed time.

Now I understand this isn't ideal and alot of things can happen in that time frame but I figured I would post up here before I devoted anymore time to this to see if there would even be any interest.

Maybe in for a few ... that lead time scares me. I would want to know what the contingency plan would be if some law puts the brakes on the group buy.

think 8 months is a little optimistic based on the GB on THF last year.

They started trickling in at the 4-5 month mark but it took 6-7 months to get all of the lowers in IIRC.

I'd plan on waiting a year

My thoughts as well. Im currently waiting on an answer to see what we could expect if something "legal" transpired befor they shipped. I'm also waiting to hear how they would like to payment, Im thinking it would be easiest if it was along the same lines as the ammo group buy you setup.
