I can never get CLP to work. Or could just be mental. Seems like Hopps or other products work better.

Buddy mentioned this frog lube stuff to me but I've never heard of or tried it. Kind if interested.

I've always used Remoil or 5w-20 synthetic Mobile 1 for places that need a little grease I use RIG.

I'm curious of first hand experience too. I put it up there with expensive masking tape - it is probably better, but the regular stuff works fine. Unless I hear something spectacular about it.

Take a look at Fireclean, I'm actually in love with this stuff. I've started using it on everything that I own. Also non toxic and all. I know a lot of guys out here use the froglube, and say it's good stuff. But I can tell you that when I switched to fireclean, my bolt in my AR feels like it's sliding on ball bearings. And on top of that, cleanup is noticeably easier/quicker.

Its awesome in my opinion, i have used it on just one of my ARs to compare it to conventional CLP after firing the same amount of rounds though both of them, i can honestly say that its AMAZING and the AR with frog lube works just as it did when i applied it (3 months ago) the bolt glides, and theres not a bunch of build up .... I shot about 400 rounds through both of them, same brands, even the wolf/tulammo russian stuff, and the frog lube kept it from gumming up. looks oily though, but who cares as long as it works. Just my 2 cents...
