I know, but it says:

‘‘(v)(1) It shall be unlawful for a person to import,
sell, manufacture, transfer, or possess, in or affecting
interstate or foreign commerce, a semiautomatic assault
weapon.
...
‘‘(4) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to—
...
‘‘(E) the importation, sale, manufacture, transfer, or possession of a firearm specified in Appendix
A to this section, as such firearm was manufactured
on the date of introduction of the Assault Weapons
Ban of 2013.

So any "assault weapons" not on the explicitly banned list, already in production and named in Appendix A, are OK to be manufactured in the future.
