  • What's it worth? AK-74

I got this in a trade a few months ago, its a Romak 2 AK-74, 5.45x39. I wouldn't mind keeping it but I already have two Ak's and don't have anything else that uses 5.45 and don't want another type of ammo. Its brand new, never been fired. I have no idea what to ask for it, I looked on Gunbroker a couple times ion the last few weeks and found they were anywhere from $900-$1600 with a bunch of bids on each, I just don't know if Gunbroker is an accurate gauge.

    Thanks,
    Chris

buying has slowed down a bit which in turn has leveled out pricing. I would wait and if something is passed, it will be worth much more. Just my opinion FWIW

Ill make you a great deal.. It even comes with a rifle

Seriously though, I'd like to sell it all together. You know the anticrist 30 round mag that rains hundreds of rounds of pure death and destruction is a good selling point.

Are you offering a trade or just stating that you have these parts for sell?

If they are cheaper I want some ... I bought a 74 kit and it didn't come with a mag.

The mag in the first pic looks like a poly mag, not a Bakelite.

I will ask him, I have no clue. Its a plastic mag that looks like wood. Whoever he bought them from shipped the bodies apart from the springs/follower. I believe he said they came from europe.

That sounds like a bakelite, Id be interested if the price is right.

They call that bakelite, it's like a polymer fiberglass, pretty damn strong.
