Finally got a shipping notification from Red X!

Placed an order on Dec. 24 for A3 upper, BCG, and FF handguard. Of course the BCG was on backorder and delayed shipment . It finally shipped today! So I went to check the site and BCG went from $99 to $115, but were already backordered again!

I finally got the parts and built the lower to go with the RedX upper I received a couple weeks ago. The fit with the PSA lower is very tight. The rear takedown pin takes quite a bit of finger pressure to get in and I have to tap it with a punch to get it started to get it out.

Dang it! Had I known they were still doing .300 at that time I would have ordered one of those instead. I read their "no custom orders" note and figured .300blk was included.

Well I'm glad you got one, I bet it will be fun.

That is what I wanted as well. Ended up getting a 5.56 upper so I could sell my buddy the lower I had laying around plus the upper for what it cost me ($750 ish) rather than see him spend $1300-$1500 for one, so I guess its all good. If there is no ban I will get a .300 at some point though.

Even if there is a ban I bet you will still be able to get a upper. Won't be able to get a $100 lower though.
