    Bushnell Elite 4200

    I'm considering purchasing a Bushnell Elite 4200 3x9x40 Scope for $200.00 brand new in the box but I don't have any experience with these scopes. Have any of you fellas used one before? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

    4200 series are an exceptional value I have a couple.

      I had one but couldn't it to hold zero on my AR-10. Traded it for a leupold rifleman which also didn't hd zero and worked my way up to a leupold vx3 for 650...

              Yes good scope. Also Burris FF2 and Vortex Diamondback for around the same price.
              You remember the stories John use to tell us about the the three chinamen playing Fantan? This guy runs up to them and says, "Hey, the world's coming to an end!" and the first one says, "Well, I best go to the mission and pray," and the second one says, "Well, hell, I'm gonna go and buy me a case of Mezcal and six whores," and the third one says "Well, I'm gonna finish the game."
