    Yes, you can be the sole Trustee and you will always be the settlor.

    The shit changes daily. Public comments regarding te future trust proposals closes pretty soon. If I were you, I'd get a lawyer if you're really wanting to go the trust route. You can do it yourself, but at least with an attorney doing it you can go back to them if and when it goes tits up for consultation on what to do next.

    you don't build it until you have your form 1. No fingerprints with a trust.

    Who else can I pay to do a trust for me? I'm currently in South Korea, and would prefer just to pay someone to do it.
