Bought a new Glock 26 and lost it the same day....

I decided to retire the old S&W 642 5 shot revolver I've carried for years and get a Glock 26.



I got it home and showed the wife and her statement was "I like it, thanks for the new gun. I'm taking the CHL course this Saturday".

So if anyone knows where I can pick up another one, let me know. CTD and GT Distributors are out. I may just wait for GT to get more in at $400.


Now I need 9mm ammo for her CHL class.....

Do you wait for stuff to come back in stock at GT or actually place an order with them?

I called in to their main sales # on a Friday a few weeks ago and my gen 4 19 was ready to pick up within a few business days. They will hold it for 7 days when it comes in and you pay when you pick up. They can't give estimates on when things come in but it's usually fairly quick

I'd buy a Shield over a 26 as the LEO pricing is around 330 but I haven't seen any for sale since August

I ended up calling their main number after Dallas wouldn't pick up the phone. Was on hold for about 20 minutes. Dallas phone traffic may have died down at this point but I would assume they are still getting slammed with people asking about pmags, ARs, and ammo.

BTW that G-26 looks pretty small especially for a duty carry. I would think it would be a better back up gun than your side arm. Eh I guess thats why they make so many sizes, because one size Glocks do not fit all hands. Thats why I sold my G-22

I ordered a P290 01/12 and haven't seen it just yet. There was about an hour wait the Saturday before last. They use numbered tickets to organize the line but it worked out very well for me.
