Where the %$#* is all the 9mm ammo?

Walmart came out and said that was false, if I'm not mistaken.

A Walmart rep said that they would not stop selling ammo. I don't know why the employees are saying stuff.

Odd, I have bricks of .22LR but I only have 2 rifles that shoot it. I rarely shoot the stuff lol, only when family members want to shoot guns, but not the "icky dangerous assault rifles"

lol, I guess as long as they are interested in shooting, I always have room for improvement.

I overheard the guy at the Walmart gun counter telling another customer that there was just a shortage and that they were not going to stop selling ammo. Needless to say the shelves were empty except for shotgun ammo.

Can't find any more 525 boxes of .22lr here, they have plenty of 22winmag though.

the big5 by me has 100rd boxes of 380 and 9mm for like 45$

Academy mesquite was fully stocked yesterday. No .223 but a shit ton of everything else including 7.62x39, 9mm, and .45

Went to Academy mesquite today at lunch. No .223, 9mm or 22. Only bird loads of 12G

I did get a box of .45 auto though, they had about 40 boxes left. They are only letting you buy one box of each type of round, maximum 3 boxes.

Bass Pro Garland was out of all handgun ammo pretty much. I did get some of the last boxes of rifled slugs and 00 buck.

I was laughing at all the "odd" round ammo they had after thinking .223 would never run out.

People are in a panic. First they buy out all the .223, then they buy out the 9mm, then for .45, wash and repeat, wash and repeat...

This will take several months to settle down..

9mm = $5
.45 = $7
5.56 = $20
7.62x39 = $25
7.62x54R = $15

All other ammos will vary. heh

You can plink all day on 22lr and only spend $30... compared to $300+ for 223/556
