I can't get liberals that love BHO and Guns to answer whether they will support his 2nd ammendment violations. Can you ask and see what answer you get from them? I am not gonna watch the news to find out.

I am looking for a 22" vent rib barrel and a Norinco +5 for my SPX. Hell at that point I might as well buy another 930.



I also have the factory (non pistol grip stock) stock for a 930 I bought from Mossberg direct. I never liked the look of the Choate stock until I shot it, now the exta stock just sits in the gun room.

How easy is it to swap out barrels on the 930? I would love to be able to use it as a skeet/trap gun, the fiber optic sights are useless against clays.

Just like the 500, almost. Same concept, unscrew the extension, slide off forend and jack bolt back halfway and slide the barrel out.......if I remember right.

My 930 eats everything and anything.

I would like to get Cj to loan me his hot iron so I can stipple my forend and grip like the one in the photo.

When I was shopping, you could get the 930 with a home defense barrel and a long barrel (birds, clay) for <$500. With the 930SPX being on the market for a few years now, there is a greater aftermarket support for the 930/935 models.

I have two 500s, a 930spx and a Remington 1100 all in 12ga and the 930 is my favorite but my cheap 500 presuader with the stock is starting to rise to the top of the safe. Cheap and proven set up for home defense.

They are $600ish now if you can find one that isnt artificially inflated from what I am seeing. I emailed Academy who had it on their site for $599 .

Go with the stoeger m2000. You can't beat and auto loader for under 500. Then spend $80 to convert it to tactical. Or buy synthetic from the get go if you can find it. This would be the closest competition for the 930 series, but it's the benelli inertia driven system instead of gas.
