Tracking label but no shipping

Ordered a complete parts kit almost a month ago and got a tracking number email from UPS on the 9th, it still shows :

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

Anyone had this happen? I figure it means they printed the label but haven't actually filled the order. I want this thing to get in the freakin mail. I called the company I ordered from right before I ordered and they said it was in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days. I'm trying to be understand and not call since on their site it says please dont call, it's only slowing us down. But this package requires a signature and I want to be around.

I'm a UPS driver and run into this from time to time. The shipper will generate a label, but because they don't have the product the label sits until they fill the order.

I had this happen once...I called the company and they said my order had mistakenly gotten tucked in a spot they couldn't see, thereby missing the pickup.

I've ordered about 10 times from PSA and every time a label was created my stuff was shipped. Granted they are slow to ship from the time you order but I've never gotten a ship notification without the product shipping. Have you had a different experience?

That happens to me alot. UPS and FedEx tracking sucks, You probably won't see any updates until 2-4 days after you receive your package. Granted a month is a bit much. Your stuff may have walked away with the locals in your hood.

it is signature required and even if it were not it'd be the first package to ever walk away.

They've had many problems in the past where they create shipping labels for uppers and then take their time actually shipping it. Chaos ensues when the customer does not understand their process

I did miss that it says he ordered a month ago. I was thinking he meant the 9th of January, not last month

That happened with my last order from PSA, got the label email about a week before UPS actually had the package.

Well, shit. Today I received a package from PSA and it was someone else's order. Sent to me, invoice had somebody else's info but my order # on it. Not looking forward to trying to get a hold of these clowns on the phone to get it straightened out.

tracking number still shows it hasn't been picked up, been 11 days since they charged/sent tracking label.
