First gun/slight impulse buy

Anyone have a favorite trap/clay thrower or just use a manual?

I've got a Lyman Trius 1 step thrower. You manually cock it back and it has a step that you push down on to throw the trap. Best $115 I've spent.

I've been looking at the Aerial Assault 3.0 made by Do All Outdoors. Everything I've read makes it out to be a pretty nice, low cost, first automatic trap thrower. They have one that's a little cheaper that doesn't throw as far or hold as many traps called the White Wing but I'd rather spend a little more for additional distance and extra traps.

It was a bill cheaper then academy and bass pro. I have no clue why people hate dicks but thanks for the feedback. I'll buy accessories, ammo and clays other places.

Yeah, the DSG hate is much and justified.

Remember, Academy does price match and they always do very good on other pricing and so forth - if you can find what you want.

Edit: Main point was to say "nice gun" though. I think you did well, that gun can be used for a lot of things.
