Just an FYI, if you're looking for a .300BLK SBR barrel, you can pick up a CMMG 8.5" .300 BLK barrel with the micro gas block for $250. Never bought from this place before until a couple weeks ago, barrel around rather quick with it being shipped from Oregon.

This is just as good of a barrel:
CORE Rifle Systems is a manufacturer of quality AR-15 Rifles and Pistols built in Ocala, FL. Established in 2010 as a subsidiary to Good Time Outdoors, Inc.
My barrel was out of spec for pistol length piston kits. There is no "spec" for pistol length, it's a commercial created length so I don't have any hard feelings. AA said it shoudl be this, Red-X said they are the only one that says it should be that. Basically AA is trying to standardize the measurement for the industry. Red-X also cuts all their .30 cal barrels from a 1:10 twist blank, which is too slow a twist for heavy subsonic bullets."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

Obviously, on specific items I am looking for, I am asking for instant email notifications on sites that will provide such.
I do know that some people out there have a program they are using, which scans particular websites/items and updates every 5 minutes, so they are likely the first ones getting to the goods. Unfortunately, I'm not that savvy on such programs....

I got an E-mail notification from Midway USA for 300 AAC sub ammo. I opened the E-mail around 1:30ish in the AM, added both 208 and 220 sub ammo to the cart and checked out. Went back to Midway's site only to notice the 208's were being put on hold. I was dumb founded that other peeps had placed their orders that damn fast so as to run out-of-stock so quick.

Use Update Scanner plugin for Firefox.
Setup all your favorite uppers to be scanned. set the scan interval to 5 minutes and "All web changes send a notification"
P.S the name of the plugin for firefox is called
Update Scanner
Just input your links for the uppers and it will scan them every 5 minutes to see if it changed.
does that update scanner send you an email or how do you get notified?
It plays a sound and pops a notification on your desktop.
It stays up until you close it. (I have it configured that way. )

I am glad I asked you about the RedX AAC 7.5 they had in stock. The barrel length was appealing, but the twist rate left me wondering. I would not have been a happy camper if I tried shooting subs out that barrel with my suppressor attached.
