        Agreed, I am going to sit down tonight and edit the trust and get it Notarized tomorrow.

        I know I can't hope for all this legislation to fail, but whatever does get passed into law (it's inevitable) hopefully won't be that bad.

          Looks like they are getting ready for national registration. CLEO wont be able to deny anyone but will be kept informed. Trusts will still be valid but all will be ID'd as soon as other non nfa items are added which avoids the fingerprint loophole that trusts were known for. Just my thoughts.
          I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

            Since then I havent added anything to it or got anything notorized, Is there anybody that can look over it, or give advice on how to fill it out. I plan on picking up a .22 can from silencedamerica, do they walk you through the paper work?

              I recommend you get an NFA trust, not a generic trust. Talk to Keith.
