    I dont see why people dont like them more. Ours has no problem having hunting accuracy out to 200-300 with decent off the shelf soft points.

      I always figured it was because there are better options for more money, and if you spend the extra coin you have to bag on the rifle of the guy that didn't.

        As with anything it's all in how much you pay for them. For $180 bucks they are great guns. For $600 you're getting your ass pounded.

        I think with the advent of Tapco tacticalizing the SKS has become the ultimate entry level neckbeard weapon. It seems to be mandatory issue weapon for the douche army.

          i'm content with mine, considering that's it's bought and paid for, have a fair stock pile of ammo for it and a few others that take the same rounds i might as well hold onto it.

            Uh... I inherited mine after my Dad died. I think its just a plain jane SKS... Made in China. Oh wait. I do not have any firearms. Its a picture.
