For two Saiga's. One is a .223 16", the other is a 7.62x39 20". Both of them are unconverted so I'm already starting on that. I wasn't actively seeking to get two russian AK's but it kind of fell into my lap and I couldn't turn it down. If this ban goes through I do not expect the Saiga's to ever return to a reasonable price so the time was now to get a few. The intend to convert the .223 over to .300BLK, which should prove interesting. In the mean time I'm going to thread the barrel 1/2x28" and use a suppressor on it while my Form1 gets processed. When it comes back I expect to have a custom .300blk barrel ready for an SBR. Maybe I'll weld a hinged top off a Krink so I can put a set of HK sights on it, haven't decided yet. There is very little info out there for that kind of conversion so as usually I'll be feeling it out as I go.
As for the 7.62x39 I'll need to cut the barrel down to 16" and thread it for a flash hider and convert it over to a standard wood furniture set.
Right now I'm just doing a little research on threading these guns and re-entering the clusterfuck and mystery of saiga barrel threading for suppressors.
