  • How to polish a stainless revolver?

Is this something I can do? Should I farm out the work? Forrest thread got me thinking. 6in gp100 is the victim. How much would I be looking at paying to have it done?

    God bless.

Do you have a dremel? You can polish it, port the barrel, hell even cut down the barrel length! This is going to be awesome!

On my 686 I used Mothers mag polish and t-shirt rags. Flitz works really well

Paul, post a pic of it so we can give an accurate evaluation.

Sounds like a job for free child labor.

A can of never dull would do wonders for it. But some metal polish paste and a dremel polish wheel would do nicely as well.

If its already a decent finish and just dulled, I use a cheapo electric dremel with small cone shaped buffer attachments and some polish similar to jewelry polish.

The pistol is in minty condish, I ran across some Ivory "sledgehammer" grips so I want this fucker polished to almost chrome. Man I hope I'm not the only one old enough to have watched that show.

                      God bless.

LMAO! I remember it, extremely vaguely. I ran across the Season 1 (wouldn't be surprised if it was the only season) DVD set at Movie Trading Company a few weeks ago. Didn't buy it, though. I think they wanted like $10 for it, and that's $7 more than it's worth.
