      I bought one several weeks ago, I'll prob just end up selling it.

              Yeah me neither. Clips just won't work in my AR....That's why I bought 2 of the 100 round magazines.

              But to answer your question seriously. Because I damn well want one! Because I'm lazy and prefer to shoot at the range as long ass possible without having to reload after every frickin shot. If that ok with you your highness.

                    yes the korean beta mags usually have trouble. Hell, most beta mags have trouble. The surefires seem to be the only ones that run.

                      Just the weight alone makes me not want to carry one but I wouldn't mind having one stashed away juts cause. Heck I've got a few 33 round Glock mags sitting around just for shits and grins.

                          when did the koreans start making the beta mags?

                          the kci glock mags arent too reliable. @ least the few that i had
                          i sold mine off, was not even fun as plinking mags

                          you have to keep teh betamags lubed up.
                          manufacturer said use graphite, but thats a bad idea in long run.
                          i started using dry Teflon spray. seems to work great

                            It must have been around '04 or so, that's when I first started seeing them show up.
