I proof read that probably 6 different times before it was perfect and it's was always something small that I'd miss but it'd be a huge fuck up on my part in the long run.

When I had mine first done by the lawyer it took a few back and forths with him to get even spelling of names right. The more trustees you add the worse it gets. The CTRL+F and replace with works great but in due diligence, you really should read it several times over and over to get the full gist of the document before hitting print.

I just went through it again and highlighted the rest.

You just need to make sure that the county is consistently, right. Throughout the doc. You can do a CTRL+F "Tarrant" replace with "your counnty". Same with the names throughout, make sure they are in all the right spots.

It may be spelled with two T's, I think it's in there twice, once towards the beginning and once towards the end. Pretty sure this was written by a lawyer.

Do your trust paperwork and transfer them on a form 4 from you to the trust. Same way as if it was going to anyone else.

No transfer of of NFA items within the state in which one resides doesn't require an FFL. Whether its you and someone else or you and your trust.

However, since the trust is a different entity the transfer will still require a $200 check and everything else that goes paperwork wise.

In the end its all fucking retarded.
