  • Gunbroker is a freaking joke

What's the point of gunbroker? Put it on there to try and sell. Within five minutes I was contacted by the buyer. He said he would put a money order in the mail the next morning. No responses for 10 days and then this. I guess his wife is pretty savvy on gunbroker as well.

I'm surprised his son didn't bid on it without permission. Should I chalk it up as a loss? No I'm not hating on him being in the military because this is very possible.

Chalk it up to a loss and relist it. The aggravation isn't worth it.

If its going to cost you to relist, Id send the administrators that email.

Just relist it, but keep that on file if any issues down the road.

Well if the money turns up in the mail soon you are obligated to sell it to them. I would send them a message that goes something like if I am not paid up within 1-2 days I am not selling this to you and leaving bad feedback. Sounds to me like a total BS story and that someone had buyers remorse after they bought it and before they paid and is now hiding behind a BS story about a deployment in hopes that it will keep you from tarnishing their gun broker feedback.

I gave him a d feedback. It's been 10 days and in the feedback left if if he was deployed his wife could finish the transaction if she could log in to gun broker. I googled the guy and he's a hvac guy. I bet a lot of 40 year old hvac guys are also special forces

Well there you have it. From hvac to the bin laden raid. Guy is a real pos for trying to pass that story off. You are probably better off not selling it to a guy like that anyways. Otherwise dont give up on GB I have had lots of luck there.
