Been waiting over a month on my stripped barrel. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and received a response that basically said:
"bear with us, we are working on it. The current shipping and processing times are posted on the main page"

I emailed them at 7:00AM this morning, received a response within 5 minutes that my barrel is ready to ship today or tomorrow. I ordered this in December and much like ya'll, it showed 'In Stock'.

I'd normally agree with you, but I had two orders with them. The first on January 4th that shipped on the 9th. The second order was placed on the 7th, and hasn't shipped yet. I'd say there's a layer of bullshit in the "in stock / back ordered / out of stock" status codes and they are just hiding that. The rush on buying shit was no worse on the 7th than it was on the 4th, and everything showed "in stock". Their attitude isn't helping my perception either. I Emailed them today, I also got a lame ass repsonse.
I order a Barrel and upper.
About 15days ago I ordered a BCG, charge handle, and forearm those item have shipped already, but nothing about my upper and barrel.
I also emailed them using the site first with no response, but got an instant response when I emailed them from one of my own email accounts.
Whomever is answering the emails needs a lesson in professionalism.
"we dont give ETA's there are 10,000 orders in line. we ship what we can when we can as fast as possible. It takes time. we dont just slap crap togther and ship it like some companies.
