    I wrote both of ours, as well as renewed my NRA membership. I don't give a damn what you think about the NRA... if you are against an AWB, join up or donate/renew to the NRA now as they are the only ones with a big enough voice to be heard on this issue.

      The NRA has a history of supporting bans.
      I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

        They probably will support the next one... Given their position they have to walk thin line. Ultimately it will be unlikely they can stop a ban, but they can help minimize the damage.
