are they a Class 3 dealer? i know everyone says " just do the form 1 yourself" but since i just want to buy the Lower right now and dont know the ultimate length ETC i plan to build.. i would that have some one experienced assist..

You buy the lower normally, get it engraved, send off the paperwork (with the exact barrel and overall length), and then build it. You have to specify the length when you send in the paperwork.

You have to have the name of the manufacturer (individual or trust/corporation) that's manufacturing the new weapon, city, and state.
