Well, I just returned from the Ft. Worth gun show (small one) and it was as expected, F^&KIN PACKED
Saw 100rnds of .223 for $70
AR's/AK's/and pretty much any "rifle" was crazy, Olympic AR BASIC....$1700
500 Round jug of 5.56 M855 $1.00 a round
No powder, no projectiles and if it had a rail or attachment for a rail, there were 50 people shuffling around the table trying to 'get a look'
S.A.W. as well as several other sellers had covered their tables and stopped taking orders. 2 hour wait time for 4473 check
I ended up getting some smoked jerky, summer sausage, and some Smoked Cheddar
Pistol prices were also up there for semi-autos. One guy had two Sabre Defense uppers, one black and the other was the Alum color, $400 and $500 where last week the same lowers from the same guy at the Lewisville show, $140 and $160.Originally posted by Sean88gtYou can take white off the list. SO, SOOOOO thankful that I decided to get my striped spikes lower from gun broker a couple of weeks ago. I actually picked it up on the day of all that craziness. I was pissed that I even paid $140 for it. I got a hell of a deal compared to these days.

Oh how the times have changed.Originally posted by Taya Kyle, American GunThere comes a time when honest debate, serious diplomatic efforts, and logical arguments have been exhausted and only men and women willing to take up arms against evil will suffice to save the freedom of a nation or continent.

Ah, I remember this scare. I traded a lower for a series 70 colt 1911. Hehehe..."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
