Smart to stock up on bolt carriers?

I have a few ar10s and ar 15s..
Would it be smart to buy extra parts like bolt carriers and internal parts that may break? I'm sure this ban will last over 10 years and if my boltsy go out my guns are useless..

Do most by carriers come complete or do I need to buy firing pins ect?

I don't think BCG's would be banned as they have an AR-15 legal in California which looks retarded but uses the same BCG.

I would stock up on but not limited to.
Magazines of any Fucking kind
Flash suppressors
Compensators
Threaded barrels
Pistol grips
Parts kits
Receivers
