Try www.pjholster.com. I have his IWB holster for my Sig P239 and my wife's Sig P238. I didn't check but he probably has them for the XD-S. You can't beat it for the price.

Im fat, and all three work fine for me. Id get the crossbreed and do not get the combat cut.

yea, the extra leather at the top prevents the gun from jabbing into your fat roll

Also, it will take a few days to get used to, and if it still bothers you get a small single stack gun like a karh pm9

i HATE the Khars.. i shot a pm9 and PM40 and they just dont fit my hand.. i have a sig p238 for a pocket gun but wanted something with a little more punch hence the XDS
