I've been really happy with the Arbiter, I have seen no POI shift on any of my guns. My 7.5" .223 sbr was shooting 1.5" groups suppressed at 100 yards through iron sights, so I can't complain, that is phenomenal. It suppresses .223 as good as any .223 can I've heard. On some guns (primarily my 7.5") it does not cycle on the subsonic piston setting with the can on the gun unless you're firing 5.56mm ammo. I have a feeling that's probably because the dwell time and pressure is so short with a pistol length location. A .223 can would theoretically generate more action pressure since it's smaller and has less caliber gap on the can. The only reason I would buy a .223 can would be for full auto fire, outside of that I don't really see many advantages besides them being a little smaller. Weight is probably going to be the same as the arbiter. If I can shoot a 7.5" .223 without hearing protection, it's going to make you happy on any gun. My only complaint with SAS is the TOMB's are really expensive. $125 for every gun I own really kicks my ass.Last edited by CJ; 11-26-2012, 01:17 PM."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin
