All I can say is I've been happy with Bushnells older products, but they produce quite a bit of products in China now. I don't know about Primary Arms, but I would assume they also produce in China. However, what matters to me is customer service. If my shit breaks will they fix it. I've delt with Primary Arms customer service and they are beyond exceptional. I shared a story with them about how one of my primary arms sights fell into the trinity river when I was on a boat, and they gave me half off a new sight. No evidence, nothing to send back, they just did it based on my story. They even called me on the phone to verify an order I made (which I had inadvertently selected a wrong option) to make sure I didn't make a mistake. Great company - and based in Texas. And the MD-07 is really a high quality optic. Mine has bangs and dents on it from being smashed into things and it still holds a zero perfectly. I've broken just about every optic out there - EOtech, aimpoint, etc. None of those manufacturers would replace it without a fee involved. And at about 8x lower cost than a T1, the MD-07 is the only optic that makes sense to me right now. I'll have one on every gun I own because they work, not because of the cost.

I handled one a few years ago, I do remember it being heavy, but it was just as clear as my EOTech. They updated their products regularly though, always check back. They have a long eye relief magnifier now that's 7 ounces. How much does yours weigh?

It's the GEN 3, which generation is yours? I *believe* I had handled a Gen 1 and yes it was noticeably heavy, so much so that I wouldn't use it myself. But, if the new one is 7 ounces w/ the new FTS mount (which is more solid) I might buy one.

Honestly I do not know if that's weighed with the mount or not. I can't seem to find a total weight anywhere, but judging from pictures it does look smaller, so that may be possible.
