My understanding is you can keep it, but you can't sell it if the bill were to be introduced the way its worded in the article. Which I think they intend to do it that way since it's known that alot of people have sort of stockpiled a little bit.

I'm not sure how they would go about intervening in FTF sales, but I'm sure they will waste millions of dollars, and probe all our asses in an attempt to do so. I'm willing to bet it will be a hefty fine/jail time if caught. I know they would love to do a gun registration, not sure how that would all go down. And that is what really sucks right now, its all speculation. Kinda hard to prepare for the unknown.
