I've already got a packing system worked out for that bike without side bags. I might add some later though.

I haven't been able to find/figure out an AR15 rifle sheath or there would be on there already.

My coworkers family owns 200 acres off 20 before you get to Louisiana. I grab everything I can including my family and guns and head there. Its infested with hogs and has deer. The tank has tilapia along with plenty of beavers. There is a camper on site along with a huge propane tank, RV carport for shelter, and basic supplies. Its currently used for hog hunting and the feeders are already placed. I help him hunt and defend in exchange for shelter.

Dude, I would seriously not post details about your plans. It's kind of like when I was told not to post the exact ship date. There is an enemy. In your case, there will be people who will find out your plan and sabotage you. I'm just giving you good advice. Now I know a place I can assemble a team together with and raid your place. Do you have adequate security, etc?
