Whats your SHTF plan?

I see that a lot of you have huge stockpiles of weapons etc. If you were forced from your home by whatever the reason (use your imagination) what would you do? Vehicle? What would you take with you? Let's say it's a normal day you are on your lunch break, wife is doin the same, kids at daycare if you have them. Then an event happens that in your mind you need to get the family together and gtfo in short order. Your vehicle has a quarter tank btw and the gas stations are already starting to be madhouses with people starting to act crazy like fighting etc. You can get home but you will need fuel to get anywhere far.

I always have gas, but would still siphon from every vehicle and store hidden some where. Then hope i can survive in the sticks.

Fuck it let's say your tank is full. Unless you have a trailer that can carry it you can't take it all. Also if you have to hit the dirt because of clogged roadways you are fucked with a heavy ass trailer full of fuel.

You mean I wasn't supposed to stockpile fuel (and food, water, first aid supplies, etc.) along with my cache of weapons? As for the rest of it, got divorced years ago, never had kids, so basically it's get back home, barricade the openings and start "target" practice.

Depends on what is going on. I have a shelter in place plan a bug out plan to get out of the city as quickly as possible and a combo of the two plans where I'll wait for things to calm down a bit then bug out.

I have no plan. 2000ish rounds of practice 9mm, 100 20 gauge, 300 12 gauge, 5000 .22 rifle, 200ish .380, 50 .357, 200 .38 special 100 44 mag. That's about it right now.
