CHL renewal paperwork turn around?

I mailed my paperwork and proof of taking my class forms back on Friday 10/5 and it's only a couple days to mail stuff to Austin from here. Still don't see any updates on the site as having been received. I was under the impression they typically update processing info within 72 hours of receipt of paperwork....am I wrong?

What has been the norm?

When I did mine years ago it took them a month and a half to get my card back to me. When I renewed it took them right at a month but part of that was my fault cause I forgot to mail a copy of my .mil ID in when I sent in the renewal info. If I would have remembered that it would have taken less time.
