So I got my hands on a couple of GSG 1911 .22's and purchased the one with the smoothest action. I can tell you one thing. This fucker runs. It's obviously not a 1000$ gun, but with a set of sights on it, it'll be exactly what I wanted.
That chiappa is made out of some very "different" materials. Compare the two side by side and you'll definitely buy the GSG. Long term range report to come in a few thousand rounds.
