Just wondering what all you have to do and cost related to owning a SBR and then having it supressed in Texas. May think this is dumb but just starting to get into this stuff.

Have trust notarized
Buy AR lower
Engrave lower with trust name
Complete Form 1
Send Form 1 and $200 to ATF along with copy of Trust
ETA: when stamp returns buy short barrel and the rest of your parts...................or build it as a pistol (pistol buffer tube no butt stock) FIRST.
Somewhere up there buy suppressor
Complete Form 4
Send Form 4 and $200 to the ATF along with copy of Trust
