I also have a bunch of misc. boxes like 7mm short magnum, 300 savage, some .40 and about 300 other loose USGI .30-06 black tipped rounds!

For the 7.62 thats a bit on the high side, you can get Wolf 1k cases for 199.

After shipping your looking at about $210 so I think I can do $200 per 1,000 rounds.

I don't have any 5.56 but I will break up the 7.62!
