maybe...I'm sure transportation would be on us, what options do we have for lodging? Will we need to rent a hotel?

Youll have to stay in the local hotels. Im just a simple farmer with a little bit of land and some birds. The land borders the the kirwin wildlife refuge at both hunting locations.

Im basically providing the land, blinds, and putting the birds in front of your blinds. Im down there every day. I know exactly where they will be with no pre baiting.

How far is it from DFW? Anyone interested in car pooling and splitting a hotel? I might be able to swing an archery trip...

Sleeper, how will you handle multiple people? Will you be calling? What's the limit in KS?

Id like to keep it to 3 blinds at a time max. It would be best for only 2 hunters. If you like to hunt with a partner and come say in a group of 4 id discount the hunt to 200 per person and make it 4 day. You will be doing the calling and so on. This is a diy hunt. If you want to eat your bird we can cook it up, or i can vacuum seal it and freeze it for the trip home. I also know a good taxidermist if you want to have it mounted.

I am providing the land, the blind to hunt out of and the birds. Everything else is up to you.

                      info from the dnr.

that's cool man, just trying to get all the details to see if this might be doable... I have no problem calling.

Only prob I have right now is that unless I get another truck by Spring (which I plan to but you never know)...I couldn't drive.

If a bobcat happens to walk within range, is it fair game?

I might be in on this. The possibility would be I could bring a camper, and share fuel expenses with someone
