One can probably make an argument that most of that govt shit is stolen. 249 barrels are all mostly stolen govt items. They"re not just sold to the public from the govt.Comment

The barrels could have come from anywhere. It could have been from a mfr who didn't get the contract, an overproduced item due to budget cuts, or items that didnt pass exterior qcComment
