An over population and they up the bag count, too thin they go into management permits only. They pay biologists to figure all this shit out, I just shoot em in the face....

General Season: Nov. 3, 2012-Jan. 6, 2013. Antlerless deer may be taken by antlerless MLD permit or LAMPS permit only.
