This REALLY pisses me off.

1. Granted we don't NEED UN/International love all the time. But why piss them off over shit?

2. Not only did he piss off UN people, he's got us pissed off too. (By talking about doing it.)

3. Even as a political move, this seems very poorly planned. Piss of the UN and the local population (at least a fair percentage of it.), with no positive outcome? (Expect better tactics out of a POTUS/Pro politician)

At the end of the day, he should never had wasted our time or the UN's time with this bullshit. It never should have been entertained to begin with.

It should have been like a joke. "So the UN proposes to the US..."Lets ban some guns, maybe with an amnesty...." US Leadership: hahahhahaa! That's awesome. Rigghhhhtt.

Question: How does this affect our 2nd amendment rights? The Supreme Court has already held that treaties cannot override the US Constitution. It seems that this was the primary argument against it..

Dick Morris has a really good "map" of how it CAN infringe on our rights. I argued this with another board member. With an "activist" supreme court, NOTHING is safe.

Part of the email I read before I got bored and deleted it was that they supposedly go the backing of 51 senators to sign a letter and put a stop to this.

I'm sure if he's reelected this will be at the top of the media message every hour on the hours about how this is necessary. While you see zero coverage now , and failure doesn't mean it won't be right back again.
