For those of you into the 2nd Amendment and believe in the right to bear arms, I hope that all of you are members of the NRA, They are the strongest opposition we against the anti-gun, far left, socialists, like Reid, Ossama, Peilosi, Boxer, Feinstein, Marx, Stalin and alike who yearn for the day when they can disarm law abiding Americans. Do these Anti-Gun democrats really think banning assault weapons and ammo clips will stop any thing. Look at Mexico, They have some of the most tightest gun control laws in the world, Yet it is has the highest murder rate in the world. More people were murdered in Mexico then the rest of the civilized word combined. Join the NRA today and protect your rights. And, no, I am not a spokesperson for the NRA, Just a concerned American watching the Constitution get taken apart piece by piece by The new regime.

The no transfer only applies to mags made on the date of enactment. All mags made before are exempt from the law. All new mags made on enactment forward would have a date and serial number on them. The serial numbered mags would be the banned ones.
