Anyone had any experience with this gun? Gun has only had 60 rouns through it and I'm getting what I think is a good deal, just don't know anyone who has had one.

Just my .02.....really only worth .01 though
edit: Is this the one on THF? Guy wants $350 so not a bad deal but the one below it (S&W M&P .40 Cal) for $450 would probably be a better deal although I do understand it is $100 difference, might be worth it...comes with extra mags too
BTW, these are not my guns but for about the same price you get better quality and re-sale value compared to the Taurus. Check this one out, the new M&P Sheild in 9mm for $432....NIB not bad

The 9mm is almost the same price as .40 so I am not sure if that would be a concern unless you are using the round for something specific but for cost, I would not worry. If cost is a concern, get a .22
Anyways, good luck and if you get that Taurus down to around $300....jump on it because at that price, you cant go wrongOriginally posted by Sean88gtYou can take white off the list. Their 24/7 frame was gun of the year in 2006. They have some issues with their firearms like the 738 slide not locking back after the last round...maybe it is not as accurate as another firearm but I have never seen anything that resembled the gun pictured above.
I know they also have the ability to produce every part in house. This goes for every firearm they manufacture hence the ability to keep the cost down. In this case, with Taurus, the price is NOT reflective of the quality. Just my opinion but when I see the same stories or pictures posted (not speaking directly to you Alex) and it has been the same stories or pictures for some time, I had to say something lol.
Can companies not change for the better?
edit: I will say their 1911 frame guns are WAY closer to a higher end 1911 than their polymer guns are to other polymer gunsOriginally posted by Sean88gtYou can take white off the list. I bought a 24/7 pro for one reason . I don't want a $1500 dollar gun bouncing around in my trucks door pocket . It's fired every round I feed it and hits what I point it at . Are there better guns , yes. Is it a pile of smoking shit , no. It's like the mustang of sports cars, cheap but it gets the job done .The only difference between a tax man and a taxidermist is that the taxidermist leaves the skin. -- Mark Twain
