Love my Sig P238 but you are right in your comparison to the LCP. LCP weighs 8oz empty and P238 is 15oz. To me, that means LCP can pocket carry easy in gym shorts while Sig P238 is better in cargo/khaki shorts with a belt. The P238 is such a better shooter though that I accept the weight difference. :-)
