AR15 Folding Stock Adapter

Law Tactical has developed an adapter system which allows any AR-15 stock to fold to the side. The system works for all commercial and mil-spec AR-15s.



The system requires an extension to the bolt carrier (which is supplied in the kit). The biggest problem with the kit is that firing the gun with the stock folded could cause serious damage and injury. The last thing I want is a bolt carrier in my eye socket!

The system sells for a reasonable $179.













I think it is neat, but it also scares the hell out of me. You fire that thing off somehow with the stock folded and your bolt carrier could be as lethal as the bullet, lol.

Looks like it locks the bolt in battery. If it fires you will have to open the stock inorder to move the bolt.

It would seem like the obvious thing to do would be to have a latch that pulls the bolt slightly out of battery when you fold it so you don't have the possibility of a discharge.

It's a cool idea... I'll never get my gun built if shit like this keeps coming out.
