Glock 36?

Anyone have any experience with the Glock 36 single stack .45? It has recently caught my attention for concealed carry. I love glocks but I have never handled their single stack design.

I've shot one at the range. Anything less than a death grip when firing and you'll catch an ejected .45 casing right between the eyes lol!

I liked the feel of the single stack Glock. Handled nicely, concealed very well.

I have a kahr cw9 as my carry, a g19, and a xdm. I just thought a single stack glock sounded interesting but after reading other reviews today I am skeptical. I have read a out the xds but I have yet to see an msrp on it or too many reports on how reliable it is.

Edit: nevermind, I see the xds is just over $500.

I owned one, and loved it. I never had an issue as far as ammo selection goes, I just used standard ball ammo. Concealed very well. Only thing, is that it can be a hand full if you don't have a good hold on it. But as long as you remember that you are shooting a sub compact 45 and grip it accordingly you shouldn't have any issues with it. The only reason I got rid of it was because some bad shit went down with a buddy of mine several years ago. He "accidentally" shot himself with it and died, as soon as I got it back I cleaned it up and sold it. I wouldn't mind having another one, I just couldn't keep that one.

I have been carrying a 36 for over a year now and it has had over 700 rounds through it with not one issue. I have long fingers so grip is not an issue either. I put the +1 Pearce mag ext on it and a talon stick on grip pad. I like the subs so much I just bought the 27.
