Its just not as fun I guess. My friends .45lc is much more enjoyable to shoot.

I think most of it is how loud the thing is. I usually always have ear plugs on me, but a mag out of a 4 inch is painful.

If you think the 45 is loud find one in 38 Super Auto to shoot, they are crazy loud but fun as hell.

I built 2 ARs last year, only shot one for maybe 100 rounds. Have several other guns I have never shot except when I bought them. Been to busy with work and everything else. Sad part is the range is only a few miles away but too many dumbasses there to get comfortable.

Same here with pretty much all of my handguns. I just dont get a kick out of firing handguns. Give me a shotgun and I'm a happy camper

I guess I'm in the minority here because I much prefer to shoot pistols to shotguns & rifles. I enjoy all three but spend far more time shooting pistols.
